Delays

While we aim to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe, production and courier delays may occasionally occur during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
